If you use our sizing guide lines but find that you have received the incorrect size, send them back to us unworn within 60 days of purchase for FREE using our Reply Paid address. We will send you the correct size (stock availability permitting) at no extra charge. So you are guaranteed to get the right size at no extra cost.

Please send back using the same Australia Post “Tough Bag” that you receive the shoes in. The Correct Size Guarantee can be transferred to another style if the correct size is unavailable, or a refund issued.
Please contact us by email before returning shoes.

The Correct Size Guarantee can only be used once, therefore for subsequent exchanges postage will need to be paid by you in both directions.

If you use our sizing guide lines but find that you have received the incorrect size, send them back to us unworn within 60 days of purchase. We will refund you up to AU$40.00 to cover the cost of the return postage. We will send you the correct size (stock availability permitting) at no extra charge. So you are guaranteed to get the right size at no (or nearly no) extra cost.
