If you are sending shoes back to us for any reason, it’s free (or close to free). From within Australia you will use our Reply Paid address. It costs you nothing.

If you are sending shoes back from overseas (outside Australia) we will refund you up to AU$40.00 to cover the cost of the return postage. So it will cost you nothing, or nearly nothing.
